Internal users vs workers
Internal users access the web platform (included in your plan, extra at €25/month each). Workers only use the mobile app to clock in and submit reports.
Workers (mobile app)
Each plan includes workers. Extra workers cost €5 per active worker per month. Active worker = clocked in or submitted a report that month.

What you need to know before getting started
Is there any commitment or contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime and export all your data. No commitment, no fine print.
What is an active worker?
A worker who clocked in or submitted a work report that month. If a worker doesn't work in a given month, you don't pay for them. Each plan includes a number of workers at no extra cost.
Can I access my archived projects?
Yes, always. Archived projects are unlimited and you have permanent access to all your documents and history.
What if I need more than 10 internal users?
On the Studio plan, you can add extra internal users at €25/user/month. From around 13 users, the Business plan (€349 with 20 users and 30 active projects) is the better deal. For teams of 20+ users, choose Business or contact us for a custom Enterprise plan.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — on annual billing you pay a lower monthly rate in one yearly invoice: Essential €65/month (€780/year), Studio €165/month (€1,980/year), Business €290/month (€3,480/year) — more than 2 months free. Monthly billing stays available with no commitment.
How does the free trial work?
Create your account in 2 minutes and use the full platform for 30 days, no credit card required. When it ends, your data is kept: if you decide to continue, we activate your plan and you pick up exactly where you left off.
I am the site supervisor: does the contractor have to pay?
No. The plan is paid by whoever keeps the file, i.e. the practice. The contractor signs minutes and certificates from a link, with no account or subscription, and the client uses the included app. Zero workers is fine: clock-ins stay off and you pay only for open sites; the archive stays free.
