Measure in the morning. Stop writing the quote at midnight.
No project to create first. Just the client's name.
Open the visit on your phone. Photos and measurements room by room, and you dictate what you see. When you finish, the office gets a draft with the line items: it reviews it and sets the prices.
What happens today between the visit and the quote
The visit takes ten minutes; the quote gets written at night. In between are loose photos in the camera roll, measurements on a scrap of paper and half of what the client asked for in the head of whoever went. The more visits you do, the later each quote goes out, and a late quote is a job someone else wins.
With Tabiquo the visit stays organised room by room as you do it: photos, measurements and dictated notes. Tap «Finish» and the office gets a notice plus a draft estimate with the line items from the visit, with the visit material alongside. Reviewing and pricing still takes a while; starting from nothing does not.
How it works
Three steps, from the client's doorstep to the office desk.
Start with the client's name
No project to create first, no client record, no forms on someone's doorstep. The visit stays in «Pre-sale» until the client accepts.
Everything you saw, in its place
Every photo and measurement goes to its room. What you dictate is written down. No signal in a basement? Photos are kept and uploaded once the signal is back.
The draft writes itself
When you finish, Tabiquo turns the visit into line items. At the office the draft sits next to the visit material: review it, price it, send it. The client accepts from a link, with nothing to download, and the pre-sale becomes a project.
Who it is for
Renovation companies
Teams doing several visits a week who know the first quote to arrive is often the one that gets signed.
People who visit and quote alone
The owner or foreman who measures in the morning and types it all up at night, and wants those evenings back.
The office that writes the quotes
Whoever prices the job without having been there, and needs to see what a colleague saw, room by room.
Builders with a sales team
Companies that split visits across several people and want every pre-sale in one list, with its status.
Why do the visit with Tabiquo
Not another notes app: half the quote is done before you are back in the van.
-
Nothing gets lost between the visit and the office: photos, measurements and notes stay with their room.
-
The draft is at the office before you are back, ready to review and price.
-
Prices never appear on the phone, so the client does not see a half-baked figure at the door.
-
Every pre-sale in one list, with its status, until it becomes a project or you discard it.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create a project before the visit?
No. The visit opens a pre-sale with the client's name; if the client accepts the estimate, it becomes a project with everything you captured.
Does the draft set the prices?
No. It proposes line items from what you saw and dictated. At the office they get reviewed — removed, corrected, or added where something was missed — and priced before anything is sent.
What if the client says no?
Discard it and it is archived, with its material, in case they come back. While it is open, a pre-sale counts as a project on your plan; once archived, it no longer does.
Do I need to install anything?
The visit is done in the Tabiquo app for iOS and Android, with the same account you use on the computer. The estimate is reviewed in the browser, and the client accepts it from a link without installing anything.
